We are your point of contact for illnesses, accidents and general practitioner concerns that do not need to be treated in a hospital emergency. We appreciate it when appointments are made by telephone before a planned consultation. A consultation is possible without prior appointment. The care of children between the ages of 0 and 16 is not one of our areas of expertise. The emergency paediatric service in the region is available for this purpose. Our specialists in general internal medicine have a corresponding specialist title and many years of experience in the outpatient treatment. We are also a training centre for junior doctors. This can lead to delays in clarification and treatment. We therefore ask for your understanding.

Payment and insurance information
For patients resident in Switzerland
- Please bring your health insurance card with you.
- Usually, the bill is settled electronically directly with the respective health insurance company.(Except: Assura).
- The checkups for the Road Traffic Office must be paid in cash or by card immediately after the appointment.
For patients from abroad
- Please show your identity card, driving licence, passport or alien's identity card. We will make a copy.
- Please show your insurance card. The European Insurance Card (E111/EHIC) is accepted.
- Foreign patients without a valid European Health Insurance Card (E111/EHIC) must pay the invoice in cash (CHF) or by card after providing the service.
